Living rurally has huge benefits for family life but sadly one thing that few people think of until it's too late is personal security. The tried and tested approach has always been installation of camera's with some systems costing between £50,000 to £100,00 such systems are wonderful but the don't provide the physical deterrent that really challenges the determined intruder.  

Sadly I have seen criminals ignore camera systems and continue as if they were no deterrent whatsoever.
